Common questions we get asked.

  • Each product will have it's own security deposit amount based on the value of the product.

  • Accidents can happen, and we understand that. If you accidentally damage a rented product, please inform us as soon as possible. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may incur additional charges. We'll assess the damage and discuss the cost with you. We strongly recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding damage. We appreciate your honesty in reporting any issues.

  • Your rental is considered late if it is returned after the drop off day has passed.

    We reserve the right to charge you the normal rental rate plus 10% for each day that the rental is late.
